Legacy Commercial Realty is actively hiring and seeking a limited number of aggressive, ambitious, motivated, and entrepreneurial sales associates to join our Real Estate team. A Rare opportunity to engage in both Commercial and Residential real estate opportunities and transactions for all territories throughout New Jersey.

Through our successful 20+ year history of training and mentorship, you will master the art of real estate sales and leasing while working with amazing people in a dynamic culture. This is a 100% commission based position – with HUGE potential for growth. Potential to earn, at your own pace, and at your own location. Hybrid, and Virtual options are acceptable. This is the type of role that can be a supplemental career path to an already existing career pursuit.

We provide access to our database and all marketing materials as well as access to CoStar for a full‑fledged tutorial into the Real Estate world.
Mentorship: Our mentorship program enables new agents to learn from the best in the business in a personal, one‑on‑one relationship. Providing the opportunity to gain expertise and skills needed for full communicative success in the realm of Real Estate.
Coaching: Our continuous development and interactive coaching is considered the best in the industry. Weekly coaching is provided in a small group or one‑on‑one setting by our designated director.
Collaboration: Our culture of collaboration and information sharing is a founding principal of the firm.

A day in the life at Legacy
Research ownership records, market data, and industry trends
Prospecting new client relationships and referral sources
Attending networking and industry events
Presenting marketing proposals to clients
Negotiating exclusive listings and offers to qualified buyers and sellers
Canvassing off‑market assets throughout the state based on property types to build a property database
Advising clients on their individualized real estate investment strategies
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree/Associate’s degree/Currently enrolled (desired – NOT required)
Entrepreneurial drive with a track record of success: sports, personal achievements, or leadership roles
Desire to be on a team
Real Estate License (not required for initial interview)
