Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) located in Brooksville, FL. The BCBA will be responsible for conducting behavior assessments, developing and implementing individualized treatment plans, and providing behavior analysis services. The role also involves training and supervising behavior technicians, supporting caregiver education, and collaborating with families and other professionals to ensure positive outcomes for clients.
Qualifications
Proficiency in Behavior Analysis and Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) methodologies
Experience in Parent Education and collaborating with caregivers to promote skill acquisition and behavior improvement
Knowledge of Psychology principles relevant to behavior management
Expertise in developing behavior management techniques and strategies
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required
Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
Ability to work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams
Experience working with children with autism or other developmental disorders is a plus
Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related field
