Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) located in DeLand, FL. The BCBA will be responsible for conducting behavioral assessments, developing and implementing behavior intervention plans, and leading Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy sessions. Additionally, the BCBA will provide parent education, supervise and train Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), and collaborate with team members to ensure the effective delivery of behavioral services.
Qualifications
Proficiency in Behavior Analysis and Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) Skills in Parent Education and Behavior Management Strong foundation in Psychology Excellent organizational and communication skills Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related field Previous experience working in a clinical or educational setting is an advantage
