Position
Full‑time position (40 hrs.) available at LADACIN Network’s Residential Facility in Neptune, NJ. Responsibilities include direct supervision of personal assistant staff, managing staff and client schedules and on‑call responsibilities, and caring for 6 individuals with physical and multiple developmental disabilities. Must have a high school diploma or equivalent, valid NJ driver’s license, and be at least 21 years old to drive. Experience with DDD Population. Must be a team player with good communication skills, organized, flexible, reliable, and computer literate. New college grads welcome.

LADACIN is based in Monmouth and Ocean counties. Our locations are in beautiful natural surroundings. This location is in Monmouth County, NJ.
