Location:
LADACIN Network, Monmouth and Ocean Counties, New Jersey
Base pay range:
$20.00/hr - $22.00/hr

LADACIN (Lifetime Assistance for Developmental and Challenging Individual Needs) is a non‑profit agency with a 75‑year legacy of providing educational, therapeutic, social, residential, and support services to infants, children, and adults with complex physical and developmental disabilities or delays.
Position Overview:
Assistant Manager will oversee daily operations in adult residential facilities, ensuring high quality care for residents with developmental and multiple physical disabilities.
Provide leadership and mentorship to residential staff
Maintain compliance with regulatory standards and agency policies
Coordinate resident care plans and daily schedules
Manage service budgets and vendor relationships
Support staff recruitment, training, and performance evaluations
Eligibility & Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
Valid New Jersey driver's license and minimum age 21 years for driving duties
Experience in residential care or related field (Home Health Aide, CNA, etc.) is preferred
Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
Ability to work flexible hours in a 5‑day work week
