Compensation: $105,000 to $120,000

Position Summary: This travel-based role is perfect for a Physician Assistant (PA-C) who thrives on autonomy, variety, and purpose. You’ll visit communities across the Twin Cities Metro and become a trusted partner in senior care.
Responsibilities:
Travel between senior living sites to provide on-site care
Conduct medical evaluations, adjust treatment plans, and manage chronic conditions
Communicate effectively with families and interdisciplinary teams
Ensure timely and accurate charting using EMR
Qualifications:
Current PA-C license in Minnesota
Strong clinical background in primary or geriatric care
Confident working independently across multiple locations
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required
