Restaurant Assistant Manager
Join the Ninety Nine Restaurant & Pub family as a Restaurant Assistant Manager. You will manage the back‑of‑house kitchen team, support assistant manager duties, and lead the heart‑of‑house operations in our Woburn, MA flagship.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and train the kitchen team to maintain high‑quality food service.
Assist the Restaurant Manager with front‑of‑house operations and guest satisfaction.
Ensure compliance with safety, sanitation, and company policies.
Track labor, inventory, and cost controls for kitchen operations.
Qualifications
1–2+ years of restaurant management or kitchen leadership experience.
Passion for hospitality and ability to lead a high‑energy team.
Strong communication, problem‑solving, and organizational skills.
Preferred: experience in a back‑of‑house leadership role.
