We are looking for a Restaurant Assistant Manager to lead the kitchen team and assist with back‑of‑house operations. This role is part of a structured training program that will build your confidence and set you up for future leadership.
Responsibilities
Manage restaurant back‑of‑house / kitchen teams, ensuring high‑quality food service and efficient daily operations.
Assist the manager in all duties related to kitchen leadership.
Build and maintain a positive team culture and guest experience.
Support the execution of training and development programs for staff.
Qualifications
1–2+ years of restaurant management experience strongly preferred.
Kitchen leadership experience preferred.
Strong communication, organizational and problem‑solving skills.
Commitment to a 45‑hour work week with no late‑night bar hours.
