Responsibilities
Manage restaurant back‑of‑house/kitchen teams as a member of the restaurant kitchen management team.
Lead assistant manager roles and duties, overseeing day‑to‑day operations.
Implement the structured training program to build confidence and set you up for success.
Support the management team to maintain a 45‑hour work week and no late‑night bar hours.
Qualifications
1–2+ years of restaurant management experience strongly preferred.
Kitchen leadership experience is preferred for BOH leadership.
Passion for leading a team and serving high quality food.
