Home Care Account Executive – Montgomery County
Mercy Home Health, a member of Trinity Health, is seeking a Full‑time Home Care Account Executive for the Montgomery County area.
Employment Type: Full time
Responsibilities
Act as a liaison between Mercy Home Health/St. Mary Home Care and referral sources such as discharge planners in acute care, skilled nursing facilities, short‑term rehabilitation settings, independent living, personal care and assisted living facilities, CCRCs, and physician practices.
Serve as the face of Mercy Home Health/St. Mary Home Care in the assigned geography, coordinating care across departments as necessary.
Build relationships with referral sources, patients, and families to outline services and gather information for safe transition to home.
Process referrals and increase market share from assigned accounts to achieve forecasted targets.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree and 3–5 years of healthcare sales experience, with preference for home‑care or clinical background (e.g., nursing, medical social work).
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and computer‑efficient.
Current Pennsylvania driver’s license.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, ability to develop rapport with referral sources and community groups.
Proven sales/marketing track record in a healthcare‑related field.
