Home Care Account Executive in Montgomery County
Mercy Home Health, a member of Trinity Health, has a need for a Full‑time Home Care Account Executive in the Montgomery County area. The Account Executive, under the supervision of the Sales Manager and the Director of Sales, acts as a liaison between Mercy Home Health/St. Mary Home Care and referral sources such as discharge planners in acute care, skilled nursing, short‑term rehabilitation settings, independent living, personal care and assisted‑living facilities, CCRCs and physician practices. The Account Executive is the face of Mercy Home Health/St. Mary Home Care in their assigned geography and works across departments to coordinate care. The role involves working closely with referral sources, patients and families to outline services and gather information for a safe transition to home. The Account Executive is responsible for processing referrals and increasing market share from assigned accounts to achieve target forecasts.
Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree with 3‑5 years of healthcare sales experience, home care experience and/or a clinical background (e.g., Nursing, Medical Social Work) is preferred. Computer‑savvy with knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite. Current PA driver’s license required. Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to build rapport with referral sources and community groups. Previous sales/marketing experience in a healthcare‑related field with a proven track record is required.
