Continuous Visual Monitoring Technician – Delnor Resource Team Full Time Nights.
Location: Northwestern Medicine Delnor Hospital.
Salary Range: $16.60 – $20.75 per hour. Placement is based on experience and internal equity; union positions follow the collective bargaining agreement.
Schedule: Five 8‑hour shifts per week from 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., with every other weekend (Saturday and Sunday) and rotating holidays required.

Responsibilities
Provide continuous safety observation via video monitoring of patients at risk of injuring themselves or others, offering basic comfort measures and emotional support within scope of the role.
Monitor multiple patients via continuous video; provide verbal redirection of risk behaviors and summon appropriate staff using communication devices or STAT Alert Alarms when necessary.
Qualifications Required
High School diploma or equivalent.
