Associate or Independently Licensed Counselor
to meet the high demand of our behavioral health services at our Tucson, AZ location.

Primary responsibilities for
Licensed Counselor
include completing initial and ongoing assessments of client panel, providing individual, group, couples, and family counseling, maintaining client-related paperwork (diagnosis bill, assessments, progress notes, and other required forms), evaluating physical and/or mental conditions based on review of information through staffing with the integrated treatment team and observation of the client, referring members to community resources and internal services as necessary and engaging in population health, maintaining confidentiality of records aligning with HIPAA requirements, assessing for risk of harm to self and others and providing evidence-based driven measures to enhance outcomes of the client and align with Entune Behavioral Health's values. Independently Licensed, you will conduct reviews and sign off on assessments, service plans, and other BHP requirements of associate level staff. Additional responsibilities as appropriate.
Qualifications
Master’s degree in counseling, social work, or related field
Active License in the state of Arizona
Licensed clinician (required) (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, LMSW, LAC)
Current CPR, AED, First Aid certifications (required)
Current DPS Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card
Bilingual (preferred)
Knowledge of Microsoft Software especially 365 platform
Experience with electronic health records (EHR)- Advanced MD preferred
Strong organizational skills and communication skills
Knowledge of integrated healthcare delivery models
Compensation details: 62000-92000 Yearly Salary
