AutoZone’s store teams deliver WOW! customer service by helping customers find the right parts and solutions. As a Delivery Driver, you’ll build on that commitment to customer excellence and help keep store operations running smoothly. Responsibilities
Deliver outstanding customer service by engaging commercial customers and DIY shoppers, providing clear automotive advice and offering installation assistance. Collaborate closely with store personnel and commercial accounts to ensure smooth teamwork and strong customer relationships. Maintain efficient delivery operations, meeting time and accuracy goals while following company policies. Drive company‑provided vehicles safely and timely, loading and unloading parts per route schedules. Collect returns, cores, and parts from nearby stores or external vendors. Adhere to PPE and fleet safety guidelines to maintain a safe driving environment. Process customer payments securely in accordance with company policies. Stay updated on promotions and automotive products, maintain delivery vehicles, and report any issues promptly. Qualifications
What We’re Looking For Minimum age 18 years. Valid driver’s license and adherence to AutoZone’s driver safety requirements. Basic knowledge of automotive parts. Physical ability to lift, load, and deliver merchandise. You’ll Go the Extra Mile If You Have High school diploma or equivalent (GED). Strong communication skills in both Spanish and English. Prior experience in automotive retail. Hazmat endorsement (preferred). About Us
