Memory Care Manager (LPN) - Full Time

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and coordinate daily operations of the memory care unit, ensuring high-quality resident care
Develop, implement, and monitor individualized care plans tailored to residents' needs
Supervise and support caregiving staff, providing training and guidance to maintain care standards
Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations related to memory care and healthcare practices
Foster a safe, respectful, and engaging environment for residents with memory impairments
Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare professionals regarding care and progress
Maintain accurate documentation and records in accordance with organizational policies
Skills and Qualifications:
Valid state license as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
Prior experience in memory care or dementia-related healthcare settings preferred
Strong leadership and supervisory skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Knowledge of state and federal regulations governing healthcare and memory care
Compassionate, patient, and attentive to residents' needs
Ability to work effectively as part of a team and handle multiple responsibilities
