Base Pay $20.00/hr – $22.00/hr
Requirements
High school diploma
Valid driver’s license
English reading, writing, and speaking fluency
Ability to physically intervene for student and staff safety
Strong time‑management skills
Schedule Monday – Friday, 8:00am – 4:00pm

Key Responsibilities
Identify each student’s strengths and interests to guide toward employment opportunities
Serve as a job coach for on‑campus and community‑based employment, providing hands‑on support and guidance
Build and maintain relationships with community employers to create and sustain job opportunities for students
Monitor and assess student job performance, tracking progress toward IEP‑based goals and benchmarks
Support students in developing workplace skills, ensuring confidence in employment responsibilities
Implement individualized support and behavior plans, fostering a positive and productive work environment
Stay up to date with mandatory trainings and certifications to provide the highest level of support
Provide therapeutic crisis intervention when necessary, ensuring student safety and well‑being
Perform duties within the scope of the role, with flexibility to assist in occasional emergency situations
Fluent English speaking and writing skills, empathy, and the ability to listen, good time management skills, and professional appearance and demeanor are all required for this position
