Job Duties
Look for defects in raw material while masking
Clean raw material prior to masking
Update masking log
Wash and dry parts, segregate 0.030" from 0.045" panels
Pull aluminum template and overlay on actual parts to spot‑check process inspection
Apply Velcro per template
Mark parts per Manufacturing work order in compliance with Boeing’s standards
Maintain production schedule two weeks ahead of time
Notify Production Supervisor of needs, concerns, and ordering consumables
Operate vertical saw
Perform other related duties as assigned to ensure efficient and effective functioning of the work unit
Skills / Knowledge
Excellent written and spoken English communication skills
Ability to multitask in a dynamic, fast‑moving environment
Capability to work independently and prioritize responsibilities
Team player with a positive and professional disposition
Ability to stand for long periods, bend, and squat throughout an 8‑hour shift
Ability to lift 50 pounds repetitively throughout an 8‑hour shift
Must be very detail oriented and able to take minimal direction.
