Position Summary
The Maintenance Technician is responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing production equipment to ensure safe and efficient operation at our Holmesville, OH manufacturing facility. This role requires a solid understanding of hydraulic, pneumatic, and servo-driven systems, along with basic experience or exposure to Allen Bradley and Siemens control systems. This position offers weekly pay and a stable, long-term opportunity in a production environment.
Key Responsibilities
Perform maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on manufacturing and support equipment
Inspect, maintain, and repair hydraulic, pneumatic, and servo-driven machinery
Assist in diagnosing and correcting electrical and mechanical issues
Support preventive maintenance programs to reduce downtime and improve equipment reliability
Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth shift transitions
Follow all safety policies and standard operating procedures
Arrive early or stay late as needed to assist with shift handoffs or coverage
Qualifications
2–5 years of experience in industrial or manufacturing maintenance
Basic knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, and servo-driven equipment
Experience with Allen Bradley and Siemens control systems preferred
Candidates with strong mechanical aptitude and a willingness to learn controls and automation are encouraged to apply
Strong troubleshooting skills and mechanical aptitude
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced production environment
Willingness to work overtime and flexible hours as needed
