DeKalb OR is located on the third floor at Parkview DeKalb. This group specializes in general OR, Ortho, and Endo cases and operates 4 operating rooms and 3 procedure suites.

Qualifications
Diploma in nursing or ASN/BSN
Valid Indiana Registered Nurse license and CPR certification
Additional certifications may be required for specified areas
Ability to lift 50 pounds, assist with 100 pounds (lifting requirements may be heavier for specified departments)
Good verbal and written communication skills
