Location: Auburn, IN – Parkview DeKalb Hospital – 4 Operating Rooms, 3 procedure suites.
Employment Type: Full Time. Schedule: 7 a.m – 3 p.m. Flex: +/- 2 hours for case schedule. Response radius for on‑call: 30 minutes.

Diploma in nursing or ASN/BSN Valid Indiana Registered Nurse license required. CPR certification. Additional certifications may be required for specified areas.
