Our multi-specialty orthopedic clinics have additional convenient services such as Pain Management, Physical & Hand Therapy, Athletic Performance, X‑ray, and MRI, InstantOrtho™ a walk‑in clinic for urgent orthopedic conditions and more! Responsibilities
Check in patients.
Schedule appointments correctly and accurately pursuant to provider scheduling protocols.
Schedule appointments for CT and MRIs.
Go through CT/MRI reports to make sure the Radiologist reads them.
Interact with patients, family members, visitors, and members of the health‑care team; direct patient questions and/or complaints to appropriate department; keep patients informed; maintain efficient patient flow during the check‑in and check‑out process; check in outside vendors.
Schedule patients for follow‑up office visits or procedures, log no‑show appointments, assist in document management scanning and chart indexing.
Maintain and organize lobby area at the end of the day, opening and closing duties.
All other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Must be flexible to Saturdays if needed.
Must be flexible to travel to our other sites (Phoenix and Gilbert).
Availability: Monday through Thursday 7:00 – 7:00 / Friday 7:00 – 5:30 / Saturday 7:00 – 3:00 at NG and SG.
Medical front desk experience (1–2 years preferred).
