Love where you work... Our Neuro Step Down unit is hiring an RN looking to specialize in Neuro. We welcome applications from both new graduates and experienced RNs! New graduates have the opportunity to participate in our mandatory residency program, which includes monthly seminars led by the Nurse Residency Team, peer-to-peer debriefing sessions, support groups/mentoring, and rounding. The Nurse Residency Program is an added benefit designed to support your transition into practice.

Responsibilities The Neuro Step Down Unit is hiring a nurse (RN) to join their dedicated team of high-performing nurses that provide exceptional patient care within their 29-bed unit. This unit is highly specialized neurology Step-Down, dedicated to the special care required for patients who are recovering from neurosurgery, or neurological injuries – to include psych patients. Joint Commission-Accredited Primary Step-Down.
Qualifications
Minimum Associate Degree: Degree from accredited academic nursing program preferred
Registered Nurse-NM License
State of New Mexico or Compact State Nursing License Academic Preparation:
BLS certification REQUIRED at time of hire.
