Intermediate Care Unit

provides quality care primarily for adult patients experiencing severe, but usually non‑life‑threatening issues requiring moderately complex assessments, intensive therapies and interventions. Shift 12 Hour Day Shift

What You Will Do In this critical role you will assist in creating and managing nursing care plans and will participate in the evaluation of current and future medical needs of the patient.

Minimum Qualifications

Education: Graduate of an accredited college or university affiliated nursing program. BSN graduate preferred.

Licensure: Current Licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in Massachusetts.

Certification: BLS (AHA/ARC). ACLS required within 6 months of hire.

Preferred Skills

Education: Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree preferred.

Experience: Previous cardiac monitoring/telemetry experience preferred. Acute care, Medical‑Surgical, Cardiac Telemetry preferred.

Work Schedule Full time, 36 hours, Days 7am-7pm. Every Other Weekend/Holiday.

Pay Range $41.27 – 67.06 per hour, based on experience, skills, and education. Exempt positions under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) will be paid within the base salary equivalent of the stated hourly rates. The pay range may also vary within the stated range based on location.
