Automotive Operations Specialist
MSX International
is seeking an Operations Specialist to deliver, install, and sustain Express Service solutions. The role leads liaison with FCSD Zone Manager and supports dealer relationships and launch performance.

Responsibilities
Develop and maintain direct relationships with assigned dealers.
Attend regional FCSD Organization meetings quarterly and support launch meetings.
Create and implement Quick Lane Action Plans and quarterly marketing plans.
Conduct Repair Order analysis, inventory review, and tactical tire sales processes.
Manage Quick Lane sales events, POS updates, competitive surveys, and co‑op claim approvals.
Lead on‑site dealer training, ensuring completion of required STARS, vehicle, and sales courses.
Review operational visits for KPI performance, flow processes, and service times.
Provide dealer visit summaries to District Operations Manager and FCSD Region.
Complete all administrative tasks in a timely manner and run Quick Lane operations as needed.
Qualifications
Highly motivated self‑starter with excellent customer relationship, communication, and facilitation skills.
Aftermarket or retail tire store management experience preferred.
OEM dealer contact experience and strong verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Windows PC applications.
Ability to analyze dealer financials, develop improvement action plans, and implement service advisor selling systems.
Demonstrated proficiency in automotive tire sales, automotive service sales, and training impact.
Bachelor’s degree preferred.
