Base pay range $20.00/hr - $28.00/hr
Position Summary As a Tire and Battery Center Services Lead you will drive member service in your area and supervise your team of hourly associates to deliver safe and efficient services. You will model expertise in Tire and Battery Center and work collaboratively with other team leaders to ensure the total club meets the member’s expectations.
Responsibilities
Be a Team Leader: supervises the team within the Tire and Battery Center to deliver on the business plan and contribute to the overall success of the club.
Communicates the goals of the department, sets guidelines and expectations for tire and battery service, executes company programs, adheres to policies and acts as an advocate for the member, associate, and the company.
Be an Expert: maintain an in‑depth knowledge of business on the floor, safety and compliance protocols, tire and battery service standards, equipment operations, TPMS, and product specifications.
Share knowledge and train the team; ensure they possess knowledge of new products and technologies and are equipped with necessary tools.
Leverage learning resources and attend training conferences; be an early adopter of new tools and encourage others to use them.
Be a Techie: leverage digital tools to plan for and drive sales, improve the service experience, elevate associate engagement, and make immediate business decisions related to services, safety alerts, new product information, product application and training.
Be an Owner: drive the business results, ensure commitment to operational excellence, maintain a neat, clean and safe work area for the team and members.
Plan orders of equipment, tools and supplies proactively; track returns and special orders; assist in staffing and scheduling; operate cash registers, process transactions and work hands‑on in the physical area when required.
Maintain accurate inventory, audit safety and compliance standards; complete paperwork, logs and other required documentation.
Be a Talent Ambassador: train and teach the team to be highly effective, monitor e‑learning, identify potential and nurture skills; develop career growth and source new talent.
Develop, communicate and implement processes and practices to meet business needs by collaborating with managers, coworkers, customers and other partners.

Compensation Details The hourly wage range for this position is $20.00 to $28.00*.
Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances.
Minimum Qualifications
6 months supervisory experience or 6 months experience in automotive industry.
Must be 18 years of age or older.
Successfully complete all job‑required trainings and assessments within a prescribed time period.
Preferred Qualifications
Supervisory experience in the Tire Industry.
Tire Industry Certification – Certificate.
