Position Summary As a Tire and Battery Center Services Lead you will drive member service in your area and supervise your team of hourly associates to deliver safe and efficient services.

Responsibilities

Serve as a Team Leader supervising the Tire and Battery Center team to meet the club’s business plan.

Communicate departmental goals, set guidelines and expectations for tire and battery service.

Execute company programs, adhere to policies and advocate for members, associates and company.

Maintain in depth knowledge of business on the floor, safety and compliance protocols, tire and battery service standards, equipment operations, TPMS, tire recalls and product specifications.

Train team members, ensure they possess knowledge of new products and technologies.

Leverage digital tools to plan sales, improve service experience and engage associates.

Use handheld technology for immediate business decisions, safety alerts and product training.

Operate as an owner: drive business results, maintain clean work area, plan orders and manage expense controls.

Process cash registers, transactions and provide hands‑on support to members as needed.

Comply with inventory, audit, safety and documentation standards.

Provide talent ambassadorship: train and develop team, source new talent, support career growth.

Collaborate with managers, coworkers, customers and partners to improve processes and results.

Promote ethical compliance and assist management with compliance issues.

Support team adaptability to change and new challenges.

Minimum Qualifications

6 months supervisory experience or 6 months experience in automotive industry.

Must be 18 years of age or older.

Completion of all required trainings and assessments within prescribed time periods.

Preferred Qualifications

Supervisory experience in the tire industry.

Tire Industry Certification.
