JOB OBJECTIVE
To participate in and oversee the day-to-day activities of the social services response designed to support crisis response efforts involving crisis intervention, citizen mental health issues, substance abuse, homelessness, short-term counseling, victims of violent crimes, domestic disputes, traumatic incidents and death, indigent populations, and mental health/substance abuse cases in coordination with uniform Police personnel encountering citizens/residents in City of Little Rock communities.

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS
Must possess a valid Arkansas Class D (Non-Commercial Vehicle) Driver’s License before employment and maintain licensure for the duration of employment in this position.
Must possess active licensure through the Arkansas Social Work Licensing Board as a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) before employment and maintain active licensure for the duration of employment in this position.
Must possess Standard First Aid and Community CPR certifications, or other certifications which incorporate Standard First Aid and Infant, Child and Adult CPR, within ninety (90) days of employment, and maintain certifications for the duration of employment in this position.
Must be available to work and provide emergency assistance outside of regular business hours to include evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
