Apply both Agile and traditional project management methodologies to maximize value, manage risks, support organizational change, and foster continuous improvement. Compensation

$29.49 – $36.86 per hour Reporting & Location

Project Management & Execution

Lead the full project lifecycle: initiate, plan, execute, monitor, and close. Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocations. Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders. Monitor and manage project budgets, timelines, and scope. Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies. Evaluate project impact on member experience and champion solutions that improve service quality. Track KPIs and project performance metrics, reporting regularly to PMO leadership. Maintain accurate project documentation including charters, plans, issue logs, and post‑project reviews. Identify member‑facing impacts early in the project lifecycle and collaborate with business units to ensure minimal disruption. Assist with vendor selection, onboarding, and performance evaluation in accordance with credit union vendor management policies. Coordinate with third‑party vendors to ensure deliverables meet contractual, compliance, and performance expectations. Ensure project deliverables align with information security, data privacy, and risk management requirements. Cross‑Functional Coordination & Collaboration

Facilitate project meetings and ensure effective communication. Facilitate cross‑functional decision‑making by ensuring stakeholders understand project impacts, risks, and trade‑offs. Collaborate with IT and business units on system upgrades, integrations, and digital banking enhancements. Support data‑related initiatives, including data cleanup, migration planning, and validation activities. Manage stakeholder expectations through clear communications and status updates. Develop communication plans, training strategies, and adoption support materials in collaboration with business units. PMO Support & Process Improvement

Prepare portfolio‑level updates or dashboards for leadership review. Support portfolio prioritization by providing data‑driven insights on project capacity, risks, and dependencies. Ensure projects align with organizational strategy, member value, and credit union growth goals. Ensure projects align with credit union regulatory requirements, including NCUA guidance and internal compliance policies. Participate in continuous improvement efforts within the PMO. Contribute to PMO standardization by maintaining and improving templates, processes, and documentation practices. Identify inefficiencies in project workflows and recommend solutions. Perform other job‑related duties as assigned. Required Qualifications

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

Three to five years of project management experience in a cross‑functional or technical environment. CAPM required. Bachelor's degree, preferably in Business, Management, Information Systems, or related field. Expertise in project portfolio management tools (Asana, Smartsheet, MS Project, etc.). Strong proficiency in meeting facilitation and cross‑functional communication. Above average organizational skills and attention to detail. Preferred Qualifications

PMP, Lean Six Sigma, or other process improvement credentials strongly preferred. Familiarity with data analysis and reporting tools (Domo, Power BI, etc.) preferred. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively convey complex information to stakeholders at all levels. Problem‑solving mindset with the ability to approach complex issues strategically. Ability to motivate, influence, and train others. Experience in financial services or credit union environment.
