Job Description
Manage multiple locations independently.
Assess customer storage needs and recommend storage solutions, packing and moving supplies.
Conduct daily unit inspections to verify inventory and readiness for rent.
Audit cash drawers and make bank deposits.
Assist customers with payment status and perform reminder and collection calls.
Physical Requirements
Lift/move up to 35 pounds.
Spending up to 50% of time in outdoor environments, including stairs and large doors.
Perform cleaning and maintenance tasks: sweeping, mopping, curb appeal.
Qualifications Experience: Successful candidates come from customer‑service centered sales environments (retail, restaurant, fast food, or other service‑based companies).
Transportation: Valid driver’s license and own vehicle required; mileage reimbursement available.
