Job Title: After‑Sales Customer Service Representative Location: FORT WORTH (Factory / Warehouse)

Responsibilities

Handle after‑sales inquiries from U.S. customers, including orders, delivery, and product issues.

Manage cases such as damaged, missing, or incorrect products, as well as returns and replacements.

Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, and internal teams to resolve issues efficiently.

Update and track after‑sales cases in internal systems and follow up until closure.

Communicate clearly and professionally with customers via email and phone when needed.

Qualifications

Previous experience in customer service or after‑sales support is preferred.

Fluent in English (written and spoken).

Good communication skills and a customer‑focused attitude.

Detail‑oriented, responsible, and able to handle multiple tasks.

Comfortable working in a factory or warehouse office environment.

Experience in manufacturing, furniture, or logistics is a plus.
