What You Will Be Doing
Supervise and train employees to maintain enthusiastic customer service.
Ensure orders are taken promptly, accurately, and courteously.
Resolve customer concerns.
Take inventory of stock to determine ordering needs and quantity of supplies required to prevent shortages.
Count cash on hand at shift change and at closing; prepare bank deposit statements and address shortages or overages.
Motivate and lead team members.
Work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment.
Apply good written, verbal, math, and interpersonal skills.
Provide reliable transportation.
