Senior eDiscovery Analytics Lead – Contact Government Services Base pay range: $114,816.00/yr – $165,845.33/yr. Employment type: Full‑time, Experienced. Department: Legal.

As a Senior eDiscovery Analytics Lead you will use your legal expertise to assist a large federal agency in achieving its mission. You will provide electronic discovery technical support and assist with strategic and legal aspects using Relativity.

Responsibilities

Perform analysis, development, and implementation of processing approaches for electronic files.

Consult with attorneys and support staff to conform to ESI specifications; participate in teleconferences with co‑counsel, client agencies, and opposing counsel as requested.

Ensure that incoming and outgoing productions meet applicable ESI specifications; provide case attorneys with detailed notice of any deficiencies found.

Perform advanced analytics in Relativity.

Create, troubleshoot, and repair Active Learning projects in Relativity.

Provide input on technology options for specific discovery needs.

Ensure standard procedures for electronic discovery and litigation support projects are consistently applied throughout each case.

Create statistical reports on collection, filtering, processing, review, and production.

Stay abreast of emerging electronic discovery litigation support technology and processes.

Maintain current knowledge of available software applications in the field of expertise.

Contribute to briefings on new technology and process improvements related to electronic discovery.

Generate custom PowerShell scripts.

Create and support Case Map / Text Map databases.

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of experience providing eDiscovery services and litigation support on complex, large cases involving advanced eDiscovery challenges.

Thorough knowledge of the litigation discovery process and the EDRM workflow.

Advanced knowledge of Relativity (both front‑end and back‑end).

Demonstrated ability to generate complex PowerShell scripts.

Advanced hands‑on experience with Active Learning.

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

Strong planning, organizational, and project management skills; thorough understanding of each stage of the eDiscovery lifecycle.

Prior experience managing eDiscovery projects and related technologies.

Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and meet deadlines.

Team‑oriented with strong stakeholder relationship management.

Highly organized, detail‑oriented, good judgment, and confidence working independently.

Undergraduate degree required plus 5+ years of relevant experience. Law degree, technical certification, or other pertinent graduate degree strongly preferred.

Must be a United States Citizen.

Preferred Qualifications

Knowledge of advanced Relativity searches, generation of search indexes, workflow setup, permissions, and case dynamics.

Experience writing scripts for workflow improvements, utilities, or data manipulation.

Ability to generate complex productions out of Relativity.

In‑depth hands‑on experience with Case Map and Text Map.

Capability to obtain Public Trust security clearance.
