Position Summary
The Project Manager – Journeyman is responsible for overseeing and coordinating mid‑size landscape construction projects from planning through completion. This role ensures that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to Econova’s standards of quality and safety. The PM – Journeyman manages client communication, resource scheduling, subcontractors, and documentation while supporting field teams to achieve operational excellence. This position is ideal for an experienced project leader ready to grow toward master‑level project management responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
Manage multiple landscape construction projects, ensuring adherence to scope, budget, and schedule.
Coordinate with design, estimating, procurement, and field operations teams for seamless project execution.
Prepare and maintain project schedules, budgets, and cost forecasts.
Lead pre‑construction meetings and communicate project expectations to all stakeholders.
Oversee subcontractors, suppliers, and crew leaders to ensure performance meets company standards.
Monitor quality control and perform site visits to verify project progress and compliance.
Manage project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and client communications.
Identify and resolve potential project issues or risks proactively.
Support Project Manager – Master and VP of Operations in reporting key project metrics.
Uphold Econova’s safety and environmental standards across all job sites.

Strong knowledge of construction methods, contracts, and financial tracking.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software (LMN, Builder Trend, or similar).
Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
Compensation Package
Annual Salary Range: $80,000 – $110,000 (based on experience and certifications)
