Job Description
Advise clients on legal matters related to emerging companies and venture capital transactions.
Draft, review, and negotiate complex contracts and agreements.
Provide guidance on corporate governance and compliance issues.
Collaborate with clients to structure and execute investment and financing deals.
Conduct legal research to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
Support clients in mergers, acquisitions, and other corporate transactions.
Mentor junior associates and contribute to team development.
Stay updated on industry trends and legal developments affecting clients in the Professional Services industry.

The Successful Applicant A successful candidate should have:
A Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
Admission to the bar in the state of California.
Strong knowledge of corporate law and venture capital transactions.
Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines effectively.
A client-focused approach and ability to build strong professional relationships.
