Advise clients in the life sciences sector on intellectual property and technology transactions. Draft, negotiate, and review licensing agreements, collaboration agreements, and other related contracts. Provide strategic legal counsel on intellectual property matters, including patents, trademarks, and trade secrets. Work closely with clients to identify and protect their intellectual property assets. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations. Assist clients in navigating complex legal landscapes in the professional services industry. Conduct due diligence and risk assessment for transactions involving intellectual property. Stay updated on legal trends and developments in the life sciences field. A successful candidate should have: A Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. Admission to a state bar in the United States. Strong knowledge of intellectual property and technology transactions in the life sciences sector. Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills. Ability to work effectively within the professional services industry. Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities. What's on Offer
