Perform pre‑post audit of all receipts in the department and investigate shipment level receipt detail discrepancies. Work closely with Sierra Operations and Maersk Operations to identify and correct issues related to accurate receipts, vendor chargebacks, inventory corrections, etc. Report to the shift Operations Supervisor and keep the manager informed on all pertinent information. Route receipts to the right area, keep priority log updated, monitor GSAS, manage old RFD’s, report Ditto process, etc. Other assigned duties as the business grows. Minimum Job Skills

Thorough understanding of Microsoft Excel. Ability to learn proprietary OMS software system as necessary. Professional, confidential, and best‑interest oriented demeanor. Self‑starter willing to dig into problems to solve them. Very organized, sense of urgency, multitask. Benefits Summary
