About the Job You were born to lead. As an Assistant Manager, you oversee all operations to ensure the team and customers are fully satisfied. You’re responsible for every aspect of shift operation—from staffing and inventory to cash handling and customer relations.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain all cost controls, inventory control, and cash control throughout your shift.
Set a positive example and enforce all policies and procedures 100% of the time.
Staffing and scheduling, including paperwork and reporting.
Manage food production, store cleanliness, and equipment operation.
Ensure excellent customer service and adherence to brand standards.
Maintain store profitability through marketing and sales initiatives.
Handle transportation, attendance, punctuality, and vehicle safety.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Strong math ability (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division) and accurate monetary change handling.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficient in using computer keyboards or touch screens for order entry.
Ability to navigate and deliver orders on a map within a designated area.
Valid driver’s license with a clean record and access to a suitable vehicle.
Can lift up to 50 pounds, carry deliveries, and perform repetitive tasks safely.
Strong attention to detail and ability to make decisions quickly.
Flexibility to work varied schedules and adapt to changing shop conditions.
