Job Description As an Assistant Manager, you will oversee daily operations, ensure high standards of customer service, and support the Manager and staff. You will lead staff, maintain inventory, control costs, and uphold Domino’s policies.
Responsibilities
Manage all operations during your shift, including cost control, inventory control, cash control, and customer relations.
Set a strong example and enforce company policies 100% of the time.
Staff scheduling, paperwork, cost controls, cash control, food management, adherence to standards, marketing, profitability, store cleanliness and maintenance.
Attend to customer needs and ensure high customer satisfaction.
Ensure proper transportation to/from work and punctuality.
Document inventory and keep accurate records.
Essential Functions / Skills
Perform basic math (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division) and give correct monetary change.
Effectively use computer keyboard, touch screen or phone to enter orders.
Strong verbal, written and telephone communication skills.
Motor coordination to rapidly and accurately handle food preparation and order processing.
General Job Duties for All Store Team Members
Operate all equipment.
Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, and walk‑in cooler.
Prepare product.
Receive and process telephone orders.
Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
Clean equipment and facility approximately daily.
Training Orientation and training provided on the job.
Qualifications
Ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions.
Ability to communicate verbally with customers and co‑workers to process orders over the phone and in person.
