Assistant General Manager – Domino’s Pizza

Act as the manager‑on‑duty and second in command to the Store General Manager. Partner with the General Manager to recruit, train, schedule and evaluate store team members. Maintain and uplift brand standards, company policies, health, safety, and cleanliness requirements. Deliver high‑quality product and customer service while maximizing sales and profit to meet food‑and‑labor goals. Manage cash handling, reconciliation, inventory control and reporting. Serve as a store mentor and operations expert for all store positions. Build positive relationships with customers, community members and staff. Assist with marketing efforts and community outreach initiatives. Minimum Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent; college experience a plus. Minimum age 18, with a valid driver’s license and current liability insurance. Excellent attendance, punctuality, integrity and honesty. Strong verbal, written, and telephone communication skills. Proficiency with computer and POS systems (PULSE, PWR). Ability to perform basic math (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division). A calculator may be used. Experience with inventory control, labor cost management, and staff scheduling. Physical ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks. Benefits
