Intermountain LDS Hospital Shift Hours:

6am - 4:30pm Sunday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday

Responsibilities

Work on computers and answer phones to intake information in a busy environment, collecting details accurately while multitasking across multiple screens.

Assist patients who may be ill or anxious, listening carefully, asking follow‑up questions, and building rapport.

Operate efficiently in a fast‑paced setting, often on your feet, handling a wide variety of patient and insurance information.

Collaborate with clinicians and a supportive team, progressing toward career goals within the healthcare industry.

Requirements

High School Diploma or GED.

Excellent customer service experience.

Up to date on all vaccinations, pass a drug test, and pass a background check prior to hire.

Compensation US‑based position. Base pay range: $16.00 – $22.30 per hour, determined by role, level, location, job‑related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
