Responsibilities
Greeting customers and ensuring they have a great experience as you fuel and wash vehicles
Performing vehicle readiness inspections to ensure tires, fluids, and other basic maintenance items are done
Helping make sure our facilities are clean and safe environments for our customers and associates
Building your skills through training and hands‑on coaching to perform minor repairs such as installing mounted tires, replacing or rotating tires, and performing preventive maintenance repairs
Completing other projects and tasks as assigned by supervisor

Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent, or prior work experience preferred
Valid driver’s license required
Excellent customer service and communication skills
The ability to work well as part of a team
The ability and willingness to work outside
Basic mechanical ability and tool usage (preferred)
Basic computer skills
Ability to understand and comply with specific instructions, guidelines, rules, regulations, or other information established by Penske management
Compliance with DOT, OSHA, and all Penske safety and maintenance policies
Regular, predictable, full attendance is essential
Requirement to maintain a current driver qualification file per DOT regulations, including annual MVR check, DOT physical, Safety Performance History records, etc.
Willingness to work the required schedule, location, complete Penske application, background screening, drug screen, physical, and potential travel within a near geography for training
Physical Requirements
Move frequently, stand, walk, climb, bend, and sit for extended periods; use hands regularly to grasp, reach, touch, handle, feel, and operate tools or controls
Work safely at heights using ladders and elevated platforms; work safely in all weather conditions
See and hear to navigate the environment amid large trucks
Regularly lift and/or move up to 50 lbs (23 kg); occasionally lift and/or move up to 100 lbs (45 kg); push/pull heavy truck tires exceeding 100 lbs
Pay & Schedule Pay:
$22.00/hr
Schedule:
Monday-Friday 7:00am-3:30pm
