$24.00 - $25.00/hr Responsibilities

Repairing and improving building and infrastructure Supporting and maintaining fire protection systems Maintaining the distribution center's HVAC system Maintaining and repairing distribution center racking Metal and wood fabrication including welding Repairing and maintaining material handling equipment Repairing and maintaining building pneumatic system Maintaining automated conveyor system Completing preventative maintenance routines, documentation and procedures Tracking and storing the department's inventory including spare parts Supporting continuous improvement in department and DC Promoting and conducting good housekeeping practices Flexibility with work hours and days – 24/7 including holidays On-call on a rotating basis including holidays and weekends Dedicated to supporting production in a safe, customer-focused manner Highly self-motivated and customer-centric Physical Demands

Repetitive bending, crouching, kneeling, reaching, twisting, sitting, standing, walking; lifting parts/tools averaging 20 lbs, occasionally up to 80 lbs; eye/hand coordination; working in small spaces, dust, fumes, hot/cold temperatures, noise, vibration, etc. Qualifications

Basic Qualifications: Experience and proficiency in automated conveyor systems and controls Electrical and electronic principles Blueprint and electrical schematic reading Repair of material handling equipment HVAC maintenance and repair Preventative maintenance procedures High school diploma or equivalent Preferred Qualifications: Ability to multi-task and prioritize many projects Ability to work with little supervision Effective written and verbal communication with peers, management, contractors, vendors Degree from a vocational school or college in Mechanical or Electrical field 4 years apprenticeship or equivalent experience in Mechanical or Electrical field Benefits
