Compensation: Pay Rate: $22.00/hr.

What You Can Expect ENGIE is looking for a Customer Care Representative who delivers exceptional service on every customer interaction. You will support inbound and outbound calls, assist customers with account questions, process payments, and help resolve issues by partnering with internal teams. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, customer-focused, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Please note: This position is fully on-site. Hybrid work may be available after converting to a full-time ENGIE employee.

Answer customer calls and assist with billing, account updates, and portal access

Make outbound calls to resolve issues or follow up on customer needs

Process payments, refunds, and service tickets

Route new and renewal sales inquiries to the appropriate team

Provide friendly, professional, and accurate customer support

Collaborate with Care, Billing, and Sales teams to resolve customer issues quickly

Share customer insights to help improve processes and retention

What You’ll Bring

1–3 years of call center experience (required)

REP/energy industry experience (ERCOT or other markets) preferred

Strong verbal, written, and customer communication skills

Ability to type 40+ WPM and navigate multiple systems simultaneously

Proficiencywith Outlook, Word, Excel, and CRM platforms

Ability to multitask and stay organized in a high-volume environment

Reliable attendance; ability to work occasional overtime

This role is eligible for our hybrid work policy

Must be willing and able to comply with all ENGIE ethics and safety policies
