About The Role As a DSP Coordinator, you will plan, organize, and coordinate the daily operations and activities of a supported living site. You will lead, coach, and develop a team of Direct Support Professionals, while encouraging community inclusion, person‑centered support, and health and wellness for people supported by LADD.
Essential Functions Of The Role
Manage the day‑to‑day operations of the residential setting
Participate in service planning and coordination for people with disabilities living in the residential setting
Supervise a team of Direct Support Professionals
Act as a community and family liaison for the site
Commit to being part of a team that creates and sustains a diverse, inclusive, and equitable workplace culture
Candidate Qualifications
A high school diploma or equivalent is required
Minimum of two years in direct service for people with developmental disabilities
Current and valid driver’s license (with fewer than 6 points) and vehicle insurance
Ability to pass a background check (includes physical and a drug screen, and criminal check)
Ability to work a flexible schedule (including evenings, weekends, and holidays)
