What’s the Job? As a Fleet Maintenance Fueler Washer at Penske, you will ensure vehicles are fueled, clean, and safe before they hit the road. You will be the face of Penske—greeting customers and providing a friendly, efficient service experience.

Main Responsibilities
Greet customers and ensure a positive experience while fueling and washing vehicles.
Perform vehicle readiness inspections, checking tires, fluids, and basic maintenance items.
Maintain a clean, safe facility environment for customers and associates.
Develop skills through training and coaching to perform minor repairs such as tire installation, replacement, rotation, and preventive maintenance.
Complete additional projects and tasks as assigned by a supervisor.

General Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent; prior work experience preferred.
Valid driver’s license required.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Strong teamwork ability.
Willingness and ability to work outdoors.
Basic mechanical ability and tool usage (preferred).
Basic computer skills.
Compliance with all Penske instructions, guidelines, rules, and regulations.
Adherence to DOT, OSHA, and Penske safety and maintenance policies.
Regular, predictable, full attendance is essential.
Compliance with DOT licensing and qualification requirements, including background screening, drug screening, and physical examination.
Willingness to work the required schedule and location, complete the employment application, and accept necessary travel for training.
Physical Requirements
Move frequently, stand, walk, climb, bend, and sit for extended periods.
Use hands daily to grasp, reach, touch, handle tools, and controls.
Work safely at heights using ladders and elevated platforms.
Operate safely in all weather conditions.
See and hear to navigate the workplace safely.
Regularly lift up to 50 lbs (23 kg) and occasionally up to 100 lbs (45 kg); push or pull truck tires that may exceed 100 lbs.
