Warehouse Production Operator
Pay
$19.00 - $20.00 per hour
Compensation Pay will be offered based on several factors including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, and certifications, with an expected hourly wage of $19–$20/hr.

Responsibilities
Operating and monitoring production machinery to meet daily production targets
Replenishing stock on the production line to ensure a continuous workflow
Loading and unloading trucks, often using equipment such as pallet jacks or forklifts
Inspecting outgoing orders and finished products to ensure they meet quality standards
Using a PC to update inventory records and maintain detailed logs of production activity
Labeling products correctly for storage or shipment
Following safety guidelines and ensuring compliance with all operational protocols
Collaborating with team members to achieve department and company goals
Maintaining a clean and organized work area, adhering to 5S principles
Identifying and reporting any defects, malformations or potential hazards to supervisors
Skills and Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required
Prior experience in a production, warehouse, or similar manufacturing role preferred
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift materials up to 50 lbs
Basic computer skills to record production data accurately
Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment
Flexibility to work 1st, 2nd, or 3rd shift, including overtime as needed
Familiarity with safety standards and willingness to follow all workplace safety protocols
