Flight Coordinator – Flight Innovation, Inc.

To coordinate/communicate timely, accurate and efficient assignment of flights to crewmembers. Essential Functions
Support crew members with airline travel and rental car arrangements, accurately recording movements in the scheduling system. Ensure timely updates to the tactical operations board and notify affected departments of any changes. Verify that aircraft weight and balance comply with operational standards. Assist crew members with necessary flight adjustments in the event of disruptions. Brief or re‑brief crewmembers of duties assigned in accordance with the Fly Exclusive Operations Manual, Company Policies and Procedures, FAA regulations, and department guidelines. Send and receive required trip sheets and other documentation to/from flight department and crewmembers. Comply with customs, immigration, agricultural, international handling requirements and foreign government regulations for every flight segment. Accurately perform flight following for the flyExclusive fleet and provide information to client services, scheduling, and other parties. Obtain, monitor, and disseminate operational restrictions (Notams, AROs, noise restrictions, FBO hours, airport capabilities). Proactively monitor weather, ATC status, and other possible schedule interruptions. Coordinate trip logistics for crew and passengers, including catering, hotels, ground transportation, and airline services. Compile and analyze dispatch data and prepare reports. Be highly knowledgeable of the flyExclusive Operations Manual, FAA and International Regulations, Company Policies, etc. Perform other duties as assigned by management. Skills and Abilities
Self‑starter with strong motivation and initiative. Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills. Effective time management. Attention to detail, focus on excellence and adaptability. Accountability and ability to have hard conversations. Other Cognitive Processing
Memorization, reasoning, quick learning, problem finding and solving, multi‑tasking, detail orientation. Basic understanding of computer applications and data entry. Available and flexible for variable shifts, including weekends and holidays. Competencies
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Supervisory Responsibilities
None. Work Environment
Typical office and computer lab environment with frequent interruptions. Exposure to loud noises, including airplane machinery and jet engines. Physical Demands
Good vision and hearing. English reading, comprehension, and communication. Capacity to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods. Ability to lift/move up to 30 pounds. Dress Code and Uniform
Well‑groomed appearance. Adherence to department dress code. Travel Required

Authorized to work lawfully in the United States; must provide two forms of federal identification. Must successfully complete a comprehensive background check before employment. Preferred Education and Experience
Bachelor’s degree in aviation or equivalent experience. Knowledge of business jet performance capabilities.
