What We Offer
Starting pay: $22 / hour, paid weekly + monthly commission + annual bonus
Earn monthly commission and annual bonus! Potential to earn monthly commissions with additional eligibility to earn an annual bonus of over $5,000 based on sales performance and ability to close the sale!

What You’ll Do We are looking for an experienced representative responsible for growing sales by engaging customers, closing the sale, and finding a solution for your customers’ upcoming move day. This is a great role for those who are self-starters, goal oriented, and enjoy a fast-paced work environment where no two days look the same!
Provide positive energy and top-notch customer service.
Acts as the first point of contact for new and existing customers to establish a rapport and build confidence in TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® services
Asks open-ended, probing questions to determine customer requirements and expectations
Input customer information accurately into move software to create an estimate
Make recommendations according to customers’ needs on moving services, boxes, supplies and equipment and other value‑added services; may recommend alternate services and/or products based on cost, availability, or customer specifications
Continually maintains thorough understanding of all company products, services, pricing, and promotions to communicate the benefits and value of TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® and effectively oppose any customer objections
Obtains customer feedback through regular follow-up calls, both during and after moves to ensure ongoing customer satisfaction
Contribute to the success of the TEAM
