What We Offer

Base pay of $12 per hour + opportunities to earn commission on sales!

Responsibilities
Provide outstanding customer service on all calls and online inquiries
Recommend/sell moving services, products, supplies, equipment, and other value-added services based on cost, availability, and customer specifications
Utilize your sales proficiency to secure critical sales
Enter, schedule and coordinate customer moves
Achieve daily, monthly, and yearly sales goals and customer satisfaction goals
Prepare and accurately complete all required paperwork
Follow-up with customers post-move to ensure satisfaction
Calmly and professionally handle customer concerns, complaints or customer service issues
Will participate in other sales, marketing and networking activities in addition to charitable move coordination as well as manage PR calendar
All other duties as assigned
Requirements
High school diploma or general education degree (GED) is required
A minimum of 1 year of sales and/or customer service experience required; inbound sales, call center, retail sales, and/or other sales driven experience preferred!
Excellent customer service skills (friendly, courteous and helpful)
Effective listening and communication skills
Must be motivated by exceeding goals
Exceptional organizational and time management skills
Ability to analyze and solve problems effectively
Accurate; consistent attention to detail
Demonstrated understanding and application of effective selling strategies and techniques; confidence to initiate customer contact, and comfortable asking for the sale
Comfortable in a fast-paced environment; able to adapt quickly to changing priorities
Strong team player who works productively with a wide range of people and personalities
Basic computer and keyboarding skills
Must be willing to submit to pre-employment background check and drug screen
