Responsibilities
Coaching staff to deliver amazing customer service.
Producing high-quality food and delivering the Jersey Mike's experience.
Handling cash and following the Learning Management System training program.
Developing others for career growth.
Enforcing policies and procedures.
Participating in local and national marketing initiatives.
Building sales.
Maintaining cleanliness and proper sanitation practices.
Being certified in all four positions of the restaurant.
Effective communication.
Having a sense of urgency.
Moving or transporting up to 50 lb without assistance.
Working 38–40 hours per week.
Having reliable transportation.
Communicating with GM/AGM/DM on any issues.
Leading by example in food quality, customer interaction, and appearance.
Qualifications
High school degree or equivalent.
1 year QSR experience preferred.
Must be 18 years or older to operate slicer.
Serve Safe Certification – Food Handler.
Must have reliable transportation.
